Your Agreement with Us

By booking our Engine Carbon Cleaning service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you consent to the cleaning of your vehicle using this process.

We will ask for the following details:

  • Customer Name

  • Vehicle Registration Number

  • Address

  • Vehicle Mileage

  • Appointment Date

  • Telephone & Email

  • Signature of Owner (or Representative)

  • Date


Terms of Service

1. Contract Formation

When you book online, by phone, or in person, you are entering into a contract with Mr DPF Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By handing over your vehicle and keys to our technician, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Cleaning Process

Our process delivers controlled volumes of hydrogen into the air intake. Very rarely, this may cause your engine to stall or fail to restart – not as a result of fault by our technician, but due to pre-existing issues. If this occurs, you agree that any restart or repair costs are your responsibility, unless covered under Sections 6 and 8 below.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

Carbon cleaning may, in some cases, affect manufacturer warranties. You accept this risk. Please consult your vehicle manufacturer if you are concerned. 4. Payments

You agree to pay the full cost of the service. We may request full or partial payment in advance.

5. Service Benefits

Improvements in emissions, power, fuel economy, or reliability will vary depending on:

  • Engine mileage and condition

  • Fuel and oil used

  • Driving style prior to cleaning

We cannot guarantee specific results.

6. Vehicle Condition

Before starting work, our technician will note any visible damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, visible or hidden.

7. Service Delivery

We aim to perform the service at the agreed time and location but reserve the right to reschedule. If damage occurs due to our service, we will arrange free repairs. Without our written consent, we are not liable for costs from repairs you organise yourself.

8. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to:

  • Repair costs for damage directly caused by us

  • Reasonable costs of alternative transport if your car is unavailable

We do not cover:

  • Loss of income, business, or profit

  • Vehicle hire, taxi costs, or indirect expenses

This does not affect liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Insurance

Our full insurance details are available on request. Independent third-party inspections may be used for claim verification.

10. Business Accounts

If you book under a trade or company account, additional terms may apply.

12. Payments & Fraud Prevention

We accept most major debit and credit cards (excluding Diners Club and American Express), PayPal, and cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious payments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Consumer Rights

Telephone or online bookings are subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • You normally have a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • However, if we start work on your car (when you hand over your keys), you waive this right.

  • If you cancel before work begins, you’ll receive a full refund.

15. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are based on assumptions about your engine’s condition. If additional work or time is required, costs may change. We will inform you of any adjustments.
